Walnut stained red oak flooring, dark mahogany windows and natural color give composed richness to this intimate sitting room.

Interior

  • Recalimed brick used at thresholds, window sills and grape vine planter box to compose a clasic vocabulary on this home.
  • A covered loggia and an entry trellis define spaces between indoor and outdoor areas. They also protect the interior from over-heating in the summer months.
  • Private second story balconies allow viewing of the Front range off the master suite.
  • Natural light filters into every part of the house.
  • The material for these front entry steps was reclaimed from the house that previously occupied the site. No foreign oil was needed to deliver these bricks to the site.
  • Filled with natural light, these tilt & turn mohogany windows bring european charm to the style of the home.
  • Intimate courtyard between the house and garage. The brick paving is from the original house that was taken down for this new construction.

  • Clean and open spaces allows personalization of spaces to suit each owner. This unit needs a picture above the fireplace. ;-)
